This summer time Saturday has been crafted to incorporate the best of Norfolk wellness. The organisers want you to leave the festival feeling energised, happy and inspired.
With a whole host of Yoga and Pilates classes in the big tent, and guest speakers covering a huge selection of topics all day, you won’t be short of things to do.
Your ticket grants you access to as many of the Yoga Classes in the Yoga tent as you can manage (booking will be available), and allows you to attend as many of the guest speakers workshops as you’d like.
There will be other events, activities and enjoyment to get your hands on too such as a sauna and plunge pool, fitness classes and face painting.

Pensthorpe Natural Park Pensthorpe, Fakenham NR21 0LN Summer 2022
Pensthorpe is the ultimate destination for discovery. Explore magical gardens, educational experiences, adventurous play, and a breath-taking nature reserve filled with flora, fauna and fun.
The staggering 700-acre site includes five fabulous gardens and a species-rich nature reserve. Take a trail through wetlands and hedgerows, woodland and riverbanks, and duck into a bird hide along the way to get up close with feathered friends.
There are awesome activities for little nature lovers too. From the impressive outdoor eco-friendly play area, WildRootz, to rope bridges and snaking slides inside Hootz House. Enjoy a ride off-road on the Pensthorpe Explorer and check out fascinating fossils in the Discovery Centre. Finally, don’t forget to wet your beak at the café and stop in our shop for wildlife books, toys, bird feeders, and local produce.

Summer at the Garage
Let your little one’s imaginations soar at The Garage, opposite Norwich’s Chapel Field Gardens, this August.
Make the most of the summer holidays every Friday with the My First gang. Explore tropical rainforests, go wild on safari, discover what lurks at the bottom of the ocean or dig for treasure on a magical island!
Aimed at 2-5-year-olds, these dance and drama sessions last one hour and are a fun way to unlock their creativity. They run on 5, 12, 19 and 26 August.
Got a Reception to Year 2 aged child who likes making a song and dance about everything? The Garage’s Creative Summer Club is perfect for the mini musical theatre or drama lover in your family!
The two-hour sessions run 8-12 August with plenty of chances to dress up and learn moves to their favourite showtunes. A great way to develop creativity, make new friends and build confidence.
Going back to school in September isn’t all bad. That’s when The Garage’s dance, drama and music classes for all ages restarts!
